The Core Academy Series Violin comes fully adjusted with the following: ebony pegs, endbutton, fingerboard, nut and saddle; inlaid purfling; hand-carved aged maple back, sides, & neck; hand-carved aged spruce top; French bridge; tailpiece with built-in tuners; chinrest; chrome steel strings made in the U.S.

Instruments are constructed of quality maple, spruce and ebony, all of which have been properly air-dried for a minimum of 7 years!

The back and sides of the CORE10 violin are plain maple (very little or no flame).

The back and sides of the CORE15 violin are flamed maple.

Standard outfit includes our 1076 brazilwood bow with half-lined ebony frog, 397 shaped case, Köhr rosin and polishing cloth.
