DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are
dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 30 days
of purchase. All returned items must be purchased from us, and in new
condition. Please package the items well. Howard Core Company LLC will
not be responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during transit.
Therefore, we suggest that you ship your return VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICE
(UPS). Please insure your package for your cost. UPS will refund that
amount if the package is lost or damaged during shipping.
IF YOU NEED
TO RETURN ANY ITEM you must call our Returns Department before doing
so. We need to know what you are returning and the reason for the return.
Please fill out the enclosed MERCHANDISE RETURN form and include it with
a copy of your packing slip and the items being returned. IF WE RECEIVE
A BOX WITHOUT THESE FORMS, YOUR CREDIT/EXCHANGE WILL BE DELAYED, AND A
RE-STOCKING FEE MAY BE ASSESSED ON THOSE ITEMS. We can issue credit for
products only if they are in resaleable condition. Please refer to the
paragraph above for packing instructions.
We take pride
in your satisfaction with our products and with our service. We thoroughly
check items before shipping, and our Packing Department is very careful
to package your order so that you get the items in perfect condition.
